Rashid Hospital’s Department of Rheumatology offer treatments for a broad range of conditions impacting the joints, bones, bloody vessels and connective tissues. Our team works closely with the Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Department and Wooridul Spine Centre to help patients treat and manage their symptoms using the latest technologies available.

Auto-immune diseases

  • Rheumatoid arthritis / Rheumatism (arthritis of small joints, usually of the hands and feet)
  • Spondyloarthropathies, including:
    • Ankylosing spondylitis (arthritis of the spine)
    • Psoriatic arthritis (arthritis in patients with the skin condition Psoriasis)
